Mentor2Move Athletes: Spencer Baker and Bryce Carroll

Spencer Baker

“In order to achieve greatness, you must surround yourself with people who will motivate you.”

Spencer’s athletic career started at the age of four-years old when he started playing soccer. A few other sports that Spencer participated in as a child were wrestling, baseball, and cross country. From eighth grade to tenth, he wrestled.   Spencer joined the track team in seventh grade as a runner  and ran until his ninth grade year.  Since eighth grade, he has been competing in field events throwing shot put, discus, and javelin. Soccer has been his passion ever since he was young, and he has played every position.  If the coach needed him in one position one game and another the next, Spencer played that position the best he could.

Bryce Carroll

“When you wake up each morning do whatever you can to make yourself better.”

Bryce has been playing football for 11 years, thrown for track for 3 years, and played baseball and basketball for 1 year.
